At Silvenca, we strive to ensure our customers are completely satisfied with their purchases. If, for any reason, you are not happy with your order, we offer a hassle-free 15-day return policy.

1. Eligibility for Returns

  • Items must be returned within 15 days of receipt.
  • Products must be in their original condition, unworn, and in the original packaging.
  • Proof of purchase (such as the order number or invoice) is required for processing any return.
  • Custom or personalized items cannot be returned unless they are damaged or defective upon arrival.

2. Return Process

  • Once your return is approved, you will receive instructions on how to ship the item back to us.
  • Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

3. Refunds

  • Upon receiving and inspecting the returned item, we will process your refund within 7 business days.
  • Refunds will be credited to the original payment method used for the purchase.
  • Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to a mistake on our part (such as sending the wrong or damaged product).

4. Exchanges

  • We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like to exchange an item, please return it for a refund and place a new order for the desired item.

5. Damaged or Defective Items

  • If you receive an item that is damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order. We will arrange for a replacement or full refund, including return shipping costs.
